2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place orders.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3) Product Information, Allergens & Variations
Gold Krunch chocolates are handcrafted; size, color, decoration, and weight may vary slightly from images.
Ingredients and allergen information (e.g., nuts, dairy, soy, gluten) are listed where possible. We operate in a facility that may handle common allergens. If you have dietary concerns, contact us before ordering.
Storage and shelf-life guidance is provided on packaging; follow it carefully.
4) Orders & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it at our discretion.
We will confirm acceptance by sending an Order Confirmation. If we cannot fulfill part or all of an order (e.g., stock/outage), we will cancel and issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Currency
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be shown at checkout. For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties and customs clearance charges.
6) Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., cards, wallets).
Payments are processed by third-party processors; Gold Krunch does not store full card numbers.
If a payment is reversed or flagged for fraud, we may cancel or hold the order.
7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Estimated dispatch and delivery windows are provided at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier (unless required otherwise by law).
Please provide accurate shipping details; redelivery or address-correction fees may apply.
Warm-weather shipping: we may use insulation/ice packs, but we cannot guarantee items won’t soften or melt during transit. Consider expedited shipping where available.
8) International Orders (if applicable)
The recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
9) Returns, Replacements & Cancellations (Perishable Goods)
Because our products are perishable, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.
We will assist where legally required or if:
Your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items; and
You contact us at [Contact Email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products.
Remedies (at our discretion): replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected items.
Custom or personalized orders may be non-refundable except for defects.
You may cancel an order before it enters production/dispatch; once prepared or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
10) Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits
Promotions, coupons, and offers are time-limited, may not be combined, and are subject to published terms.
Gift cards/credits are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
11) Subscriptions (if offered)
If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew for the stated period unless you cancel before the renewal date in your account or by contacting us. Pricing and frequency are shown at sign-up; we will notify you of material changes.
12) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Social Tags)
By posting or submitting reviews, photos, or other content .
You grant Gold Krunch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services and marketing (with credit where feasible).
You represent you own or have rights to the content and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful material.
We may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.
13) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the Services, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access;
scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Services;
post unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content;
violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
use the Services for fraudulent or commercial resale without our permission.
14) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—logos, product images, photographs, text, recipes, graphics, and code—is owned by or licensed to Gold Krunch and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent.
15) Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, couriers, analytics). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
16) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Gold Krunch and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data), even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
18) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Krunch and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
